This page explains the controls available to you over your account, content and personal information, subject to applicable law.

Access and information

  • Ask whether TMN processes personal information about you and request a copy.
  • Receive information about the purposes, categories and recipients involved in processing.
  • Review your profile, connected services, channel permissions and consent choices inside the product.

Correction, deletion and restriction

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete profile information.
  • Request deletion of information that is no longer needed or was processed unlawfully.
  • Request restriction while accuracy, lawfulness or an objection is being reviewed.

Consent, objection and portability

  • Withdraw optional consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
  • Object to direct marketing and, where applicable, processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Where applicable, receive information you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Your content and account

You retain rights in the content you upload or create, subject to third-party rights and the permissions needed for TMN to operate the service. You can disconnect channels, pause automation and manage publishing approvals from your workspace.

Requests and safeguards

Submit a request through TMN support. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. A request may be limited where retention or processing is required for security, billing, legal claims or another legal obligation. Depending on applicable law, you may also complain to the competent data-protection authority or seek a judicial remedy.
